After about a week in Sydney, we went over to Gold Coast. We rented a car and the bb car seat (at $5 per day). Did not fancy bringing a bb car seat after having to pack the diapers, 1.8kg can of Pediasure and 7kg stoller! When we arrive in Sydney, we had some problems to look for taxi as we had so many baggage (on our way to KLIA, we managed to get into a Proton Iswara!) and when we went for the bigger taxi, he refuse to take us in as in a previous trip, a bb vomited in his taxi. “Slap head”!..

Rented an apartment by the beach which was a bit further away from the main beach (which had restaurants, pubs, etc) as we did not like the noise. Cheaper as well. Apartment was quite old but the balcony opens up to the beach. So beautiful as you can see from picts. We had the sound of the waves in the morning, afternoon and night before we sleep!
Ben enjoyed himself both inside the apartment and at the beach.
