This will be quite a lengthy entry since I really love the photos taken. We went to Melaka for a day trip (it was more half a day!)......it has been quite a few years since we went to Melaka and we were shocked to see the number of shopping complexes sprouted out. Whatever happen to the Word Heritage status???? We could hardly find out way to the St Paul's Church. All the roads were leading to the huge shopping complex. But I guess that is normal progression?
We saw a lot of Singaporean cars and I am happy to see that the city is taking opportunity of bringing in more tourist dollars especially from foreign countries. The people in Melaka were really nice and friendly. There was a spot on Jonker Street where we bought the blue nyonya kuih and the lady was so generous to reward us with a piece for each of us, and that was before we bought anything from her. And on our way back, we lost out way. We stop by a kopi shop and the guy selling kopi went through the trouble to draw a map for us to the Highway!
The chicken rice balls....

The canon and rustic looking church reminds me of St Paul site at Macau.
Hey, the violin is not that bad. I like it. Took some lessons in Ipoh 7 yrs ago, but forgotten...I guess lack of talent and practise.
Yes, my housemate did complain that it sounded like what the chinese said "pulling a cow up the tree" :((
